SBI General Insurance has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM), Government of Maharashtra, with the aim to enhance the penetration of non-life insurance in the state’s rural population by effectively utilizing MSRLM’s broad network spread.

Parmeshwar Raut, Chief Executive Officer, MSRLM said, “Through this partnership, customers residing in remote areas can now easily access insurance products through the Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) / Self Help Groups (SHGs). “.
