Singapore:
Markel International, the specialist insurer, has appointed Joe Wong, as a specialist financial lines underwriter in Singapore to strengthen the Company’s financial lines product offerings in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Reporting to Simon Moi, head of professional and financial risks, Joe will underwrite a range of financial lines products, including Cyber, Commercial D&O, Professional Indemnity, Financial institutions, and Financial technology.
Joe has significant experience in the insurance industry, including more than 10 years managing and developing financial lines underwriting in a number of Southeast Asian countries, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
