Singapore:Munich Re has appointed a newly appointed management team.for its Cyber business in Asia-Pacific and Africa.
Marco Petrovic will be heading Cyber Asia (excl. Greater China) while Johanna Roman will will lead the business in Australasia, Greater China and Africa.

Petrovic, since joining Munich Re in 2005, has held a range of roles across Casualty and Cyber Underwriting, including Business Development.
Most recently, he led Munich Re’s Cyber business across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa from Munich.
In August, he will relocate back to Asia, bringing extensive regional experience to further advance Munich Re’s Cyber ambitions across a strategically important, high-potential region and to advise clients on Cyber throughout their digital transformation
journeys.
Based in Singapore, he will report to Haruka Narahashi, Head of Treaty Underwriting, Korea & Japan, Cyber Asia (excl. Greater China).

Roman(in Pic) will be responsible for Munich Re’s Cyber business in Australasia, Greater China and Africa with effect from 1 July 2026. Johanna is based in Sydney and reports to Kitty Ho, Head of Underwriting, Australasia.
She brings over 20 years’ experience in the reinsurance market with roles spanning
across reinsurance purchasing, claims and underwriting prior to joining Munich Re in 2022 as Casualty & Cyber Underwriting Manager, Australasia.
