Sanjay Lohiya, who will become the new secretary, Department of Financial Services from June 1, has replaced Shalini Pandit as the Government nominee director on the board of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on May 13.Hari Har Mishra, additional secretary, DFS, has also joined on the board of New India Assurance in place of Parshant Kumar Goyal.Mishra is a 1998-batch Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer.
