Shah, with the approval from the IRDAI, succeeds Anuj Gulati, whose term has ended on April 25, 2026.Gulati has been the founding MD & MD, of Care Health Insurance (formerly Religare Health Insurance) since November 2009.
Manish Vishnu Dodeja has also been appointed as an executive director of the company for a term of five years from April 26, 2026

I would like to maintain my previous policy directly under care insurance, which implies no intermediary (policy bazar).
Last year, I had already made the payment based on the revised inflation rate, and now Policy Bazar is requesting an additional payment for the revised inflation amount. However, according to my policy terms, the amount should remain constant until I reach the age of 41 to 45.
According to the previous conversation held with your executive, Mr. Ajay, the amount will be automatically reduced if I renew my existing policy directly with Care Insurance while maintaining the same benefits. Additionally, I will receive a 5% discount provided by Care, and the premium will be approximately between 17,500 and 18,000.
