Ajay Kumar Shah, head of retail Business at Care Health Insurance, has been appointed as the MD &CEO of the company for a term of five years effective from April 26, 2026.
Shah, with the approval from the IRDAI, succeeds Anuj Gulati, whose has ended with effect from the close of business hours on April 25, 2026.
Gulati has been the founding MD & MD, of Care Health Insurance (formerly Religare Health Insurance) since November 2009.
Manish Vishnu Dodeja has also been appointed as an executive director of the company for a term of five years effective from April 26, 2026
