New Sabki Raksha (Amendment of Insurance Laws) Act, 2025 comes into force from Feb 5

The government notified that Sabki Raksha (Amendment of Insurance Laws) Act, 2025 will be implemented from Feb 5

The entire new act will come into force except section 25, said the Department of Financial services..

Also Section 32A of the Act has been kept in abeyance.

All Sections in the Amendment Act, other than amendment Section 32A ( prohibition of common Directors between insurance companies, banks and investment companies), come into effect from 05 February.
