International broker Aon has promoted Neha Shah as to head its Life and Health (L&H) business India. Shah, an actuary, who had joined Aon’s L&H team last year, will be responsible for leading and supporting the strategy execution for the reinsurance business in India. She will also collaborate with the firm’s life and health reinsurance teams across the Asia Pacific region and internationally.Aon had launched its life and health reinsurance practice in India in Jan, 2025 to drive new capital into the sector and help shape better decisions for clients.
