“As we navigate an evolving reinsurance landscape, our clients are increasingly focused on sustainable reinsurer relationships, choosing strategic partners rather than simply capacity providers,” George Attard, global Head of Strategy for Reinsurance

Aon plc named Anshuman Srivastava as its Reinsurance global Chief Broking Officer.

Based in London and reporting to George Attard, global Head of Strategy for Reinsurance, Srivastava has held several senior leadership roles at Aon and has served on the Global ReSpecialty executive management committee.

He has also been instrumental in helping to drive the firm’s Reinsurance Growth Leadership and Broking Strategies initiatives.

In his new role, Srivastava will continue to collaborate with reinsurers to deliver scalable and future-ready products. He will articulate and align the risk appetite of the firm’s key trading partners with the evolving needs of Aon’s re/insurer clients, with the aim of achieving optimal placement outcomes, and providing access to differentiated capacity.

Through leveraging global insights and advanced data and analytics, he will also help to drive the development of innovative capital solutions that are designed to deliver the capacity necessary to support clients’ profitable growth strategies and ultimately shape better business decisions.

Attard said: “As we navigate an evolving reinsurance landscape, our clients are increasingly focused on sustainable reinsurer relationships, choosing strategic partners rather than simply capacity providers. We are delighted to welcome Anshuman into his new role where he will play a pivotal role in aligning reinsurers and broader capital providers with the diverse and changing needs of existing and new clients.”
