Bharti AXA Life has rolled out its flagship nationwide apprenticeship initiative – BIMA BHARTI – under the Government of India’s National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The program aims to empower the youth and women by onboarding 800 apprentices in roles across marketing, customer service, business development, and more.With a special focus on skilling women and first-time job seekers, BIMA BHARTI is designed to foster employability, offer performance-linked incentives, and provide government-recognized certification.
