Transforming Vision into Reality: A Dedicated State Insurance Plan Office in Gujarat
Furthering its commitment to financial inclusion, NIA has opened a dedicated State Insurance Plan office in Gujarat, manned by a senior executive of the company. This initiative aligns with IRDAI’s “Insurance for All by 2047” vision, with Gujarat being the designated state assigned to the company.
Among the agenda, the dedicated office aims to achieve:
-Reach out to the missing middle of Gujarat, ensuring they are not left behind in financial security.
-Engage with MSMEs, Common Service Centers (CSCs), and the economically weaker sections to promote insurance awareness and adoption.
-Facilitate targeted outreach to ensure “Insurance for All” becomes a reality in the state.
