Lockton India appoints Anand Kaul as its MD of Transactional Lines

Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has appointed Anand Kaul as Managing Director – Transactional Lines. In this role, Anand will lead and expand Lockton India’s transactional liability offerings, focusing on providing specialized risk solutions to clients involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other complex transactions. Prior to joining Lockton, Anand led transaction liability teams at leading global brokers such as JLT and Aon.
