Singapore Reinsurers’ Association announces new executive committee for 2024-2025,unveils its new logo

The new members of the SRA are-Cindy Foo from Berkley Insurance Company, Emma Loynes, Lloyd’s of London (Asia),Mukul Kishore, SCOR Reinsurance Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd and Victor Kuk,Swiss Re Asia Pte Ltd

Singapore: The Singapore Reinsurers’ Association (SRA) in its annual general meeting (AGM),held recently, spotlighted key highlights from 2023, its strategic focus for 2024 as well as updates on the preparation for the upcoming 20th Singapore International Reinsurance Conference (SIRC) happening from 4 to 7 November 2024.

In his opening address, SRA Chair Marc Haushofer reflected on the association’s positive trajectory ahead.

As the SRA broadens its horizons, Marc underscored the continued importance of the association’s role not only in Singapore but also in the region.

“As we confront the challenges of this dynamic world, we remain committed to fostering meaningful dialogues and connections to uphold the relevance of our industry. In the coming year, I am confident that we will continue bringing value to our members, while amplifying our impact through a broadened network,” said Haushofer.

Embodying SRA’s forward-looking values and continuous commitment, Marc officially unveiled the new SRA logo and website. These updates symbolise the association’s elevated vision to continue empowering the (re)insurance industry and positively shape it against a rapidly changing global landscape.

The SRA announced the election of new members for the 2024-2025 term.

Kenrick Law from Allianz SE Reinsurance Branch Asia Pacific has been elected as deputy chair and Richard Lim from China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation, Singapore Branch has been made honorary secretary of the SRA. The new members of the SRA are-Cindy Foo,Berkley Insurance Company,Emma Loynes,Lloyd’s of London (Asia),Mukul Kishore,SCOR Reinsurance Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd and Victor Kuk,Swiss Re Asia Pte Ltd
