UK based Euromax Capital picks up 25% stake in Integrated Risk Insurance Brokers

UK based investment bank Euromax Capital has picked a 25 per cent stake in Indian insurance broker Integrated Risk Insurance Brokers (IRIBL). The deal has received approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA), said the company.. “I am confident that our partnership with IRIBL will not only yield significant returns but also contribute to the growth and development of India’s insurance ecosystem.” said H.E Subodh Narain Agrawal,chairman, EuromaxCapital, a corporate advisory boutique with presence in Africa, Asia, Middle-East & Europe.
