State owned GIC Re has appointed Suresh Sindhi as appointed actuary (Life Reinsurance Business) & Key Management Person of the corporation in place of Vikash Kumar Sharma with effect from 9th November 2023. He has more than 20 years of varied experience in life insurance, consulting and reinsurance with skills of Statutory Valuation, Actuarial Pricing, IFRS 1 7, Product Development Portfolio Management and Analysis of Surplus. He is Fellow member of Institute of Actuaries of lndia and also a Fellow member of lnstitute of Actuaries, UK.
