The government has nominated Mukesh Kumar Bansal, the new joint secretary in Department of Financial Services (DFS) on the board of Kolkata based National Insurance Company(NIC) with immediate effect in place of Saurabh Mishra, who quit his job earlier.
Bansal will also replace Mishra in the governing board of Pune based National Insurance Academy.
Meanwhile, Mishra has joined AT Kearney a global management consulting firm in New Delhi.
