IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance has achieved a 16 per cent growth in its gross premium to of Rs 10,000 crores in 2022-23.
H.O. Suri, managing director & CEO, IFFCO Tokio stated that “‘‘Health Insurance’ and ‘Crop Insurance’ verticals are the top most segments which have witnessed a growth of 28 per cent & 47 per cent respectively. In terms of geographical growth, four states have shown remarkable growth i.e. Assam, Maharashtra, MP & Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal. Besides, our active policyholders figure has also been improved significantly.”
