Mumbai:Ankur Gupta, from Munich Re, has taken over as CEO of Bermuda based Partner Re’s branch operations in GIFT City.
Partner Re had started its operations in the GIFT City in February.
Gupta was Head Of Client Management with Munich Re India, the largest foreign reinsurance branch(FRB) in India, for the last nine years.
Partner Re’s new operation forms part of PartnerRe’s Asia Pacific reinsurance business.
The reinsurer’s strategic expansion reinforces its long-term commitment to the Indian market and the broader region.
