LONDON: MS Amlin, the Lloyd’s global (re)insurer, announced the appointment of Nicola Harris as Head of Natural Resources, reinforcing the business’ commitment to this important line of business and its associated customers. Nicola joins in August 2025 and reports into Martin Burke, MS Amlin’s Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO).

Nicola has spent the last five years as Head of Energy for AXA XL’s UK & Lloyd’s business. During this time, she was a finalist in AXA XL’s Innovation Cup for developing a new insurance product and served as Co-Chair of the company’s gender diversity group.
