Anna Ziswiler appointed as Swiss Re’s Head P&C Reinsurance Southeast Asia,India,Hong Kong,Taiwan and Korea

Anna Ziswiler, Head P&C Reinsurance-designate, Southeast Asia,India,Hong Kong,Taiwan and Korea, Swiss Re

Anna Ziswiler will also serve as Country President for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, and India. She currently leads Swiss Re’s P&C Re business in 20 markets across the Middle East, Pakistan, Israel, the Mediterranean and Switzerland.

Singapore: Anna Ziswiler has been appointed Head P&C Reinsurance Southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea effective 1 May 2026.

She will be based in Singapore and become a member of the P&C Re Management Team, reporting to Urs Baertschi, CEO P&C Re. Anna Ziswiler will also serve as Country President for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, and India.

Anna Ziswiler currently leads Swiss Re’s P&C Re business in 20 markets across the Middle East, Pakistan, Israel, the Mediterranean and Switzerland.

During her 16 years with Swiss Re, Anna Ziswiler has progressed through various roles of increasing seniority in strategy, operations, and reinsurance in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Swiss Re’s Chief Executive Officer P&C Re Urs Baertschi commented: “I’m delighted to have Anna Ziswiler lead our P&C Re business in Southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. Anna brings diverse experience from many markets around the world. Her appointment reflects the depth and breadth of our internal talent.”
