IBAI appoints Pranav Kapadia as Dy Secy General

Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) has announced the appointment of  Pranav Kapadia as its Deputy Secretary General, effective February 2, 2026.In his new role, Kapadia will focus on strengthening IBAI’s mission of protecting broker interests while fostering a more transparent, efficient, and consumer-centric insurance ecosystem. He will also play a key role in deepening engagement with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and other industry stakeholders.
