Howden appoints David Shalders as its Group Chief Operating Officer

International broker Howden has appointed David Shalders as its Group Chief Operating Officer. With 30 years’ experience, Shalders joins Howden from LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), where he currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Integration.
