Tata AIG General launches a faster process for online travel insurance claims

Tata AIG General Insurance Company has introduced a faster process for online travel insurance claims. The customers can simply register their claim directly on the tataaig.com website, submit the relevant documents, and track its status, minimizing the need to engage with call centres or through emails. Digital claim will provide real-time status updates from any part of the world, said Rajagopal Rudraraju, executive vice president, Tata AIG General Insurance Company.
