COVID-19: India records 11,649 new cases, 90 fresh fatalities
The number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 1,06,21,220 which translates to a national COVID-19 recovery rate of 97.29 per cent, while the COVID-19 case fatality rate stands at 1.43 per cent.

About 18-19 vaccines against Covid-19 in the pipeline: Harsh Vardhan
“About 18-20 vaccine candidates against COVID-19 are in the pipeline and are in preclinical, clinical and advanced stages,” Vardhan said.
He further said that India will be supplying vaccines to 20-25 other countries.
Dispelling rumours surrounding the vaccines, Vardhan said the vaccines in the public domain are safe and effective.
